Although confused, the ball was in Allen’s hands to create magic on the field. He did this by throwing three touchdown passes against the Jacksonville Jaguars; This included a passing touchdown to Dalton Kincaid with 8:56 left in the game and a rushing score that put Buffalo ahead with approximately 1:04 left.
The Broncos, who have one of the best defenses in the NFL, are well aware of what Allen can bring to the table. He had 272 passing yards and two touchdowns in last year’s games.
“What we have to eliminate is his second-chance opportunities,” Broncos cornerback Patrick Surtain II said of Allen. “He thrives on that and finds opportunities even when there are no plays. He’s a great player, so we’ve got to come up with a game plan and take out explosives.”
Broncos defensive coordinator Vance Joseph gets the privilege of putting together a defensive plan to stop the Bills.

Despite Allen’s size, his injury report is quite extensive and he lost another weapon.

Kincaid (knee/calf), Ty Johnson (ankle) and Curtis Samuel (elbow) are the other injured offensive linemen on the roster. Samuel is on the reserve/injured list.
