Katie Price is warned she could be booted out of her swanky new £4.5k-per-month home as neighbours share fears it could become the next ‘mucky mansion’

Katie Price has been warned she faces being evicted from her new £4,500-a-month home if the luxury property becomes a second ‘Mucky Mansion’.
The Daily Mail reveals neighbors have expressed concerns that the older model, the 47, has already made the new development an eyesore, with piles of rubbish dumped outside the house.
The mother-of-five has been living in the flashy converted barn near Horsham, West Sussex, for just a few months, after living briefly in a second rented property.
Price was forced to sell the original ‘Mucky Mansion’, which he had hoped to redevelop as part of a series of TV renovations, but was evicted due to financial problems and a second declaration of bankruptcy in March 2024.
And now residents fear his last property could become just as undesirable.
A source said: ‘Katie must be careful as the owners cannot stand any upheaval.

‘He doesn’t own this property so he needs to make sure it’s kept to standard.
‘People who live here are concerned that leaving piles of rubbish outside the house could attract mice and therefore become a problem for surrounding properties.
‘Katie can’t treat the outfield like some sort of dumping ground.’
Aerial photographs of the three-bedroom property on Wednesday revealed garbage bags, rubble and junk strewn outside and dumped at the rear of the property.
However, after 24 hours, the ugly garbage appears to have been cleared away.
The property, which comes with its own equestrian facilities, is understood to be owned by a syndicate comprising developers Mark Hogan, 59, Gary Hall, 58, and Andrew Allen, 61, who are joint directors of a firm called Brasii Manco (Lodge Farm) Ltd.
According to neighbors, the company specializes in renovating abandoned farm buildings and converting barns into homes.
One neighbor said: ‘They have a knack for turning old rural buildings into luxury homes. They do it very well in every respect.’

Mucky Mansion was photographed in disarray in May 2024, just after the move.
The famous Mucky Mansion, which Katie bought from Conservative Francis Maude in 2014, was put up for sale and later sold following her eviction due to financial problems and a second declaration of bankruptcy in March 2024.
The firm declined to comment when contacted by The Daily Mail.
Katie has already become a familiar face to people in the village.
One elderly resident said: ‘I was with him in the village. He seems very friendly and as long as he adapts to the lifestyle here, I’m sure he’ll be very welcome.
‘I think people are always looking for him to step out of line.’
The former Loose Women star bought the original Mucky Mansion from Tory peer Francis Maude in 2014 for £1.35 million.
Despite Katie’s hope of receiving higher offers, the property was sold to furniture tycoon James Mercer last year for around £1.15 million.
Katie didn’t see a penny in the sale as her previous debts on her Sussex home were due to be written off.
Speaking of Mucky Mansion, he said: ‘I had nothing but bad memories in that house.’
and insisted that the move would be the start of a new chapter in his life.
Last week, The Daily Mail revealed Katie had split from boyfriend JJ Slater after almost two years of dating.
He ended his romance after realizing he didn’t see a future with the former reality star, who is 14 years his junior.
Insiders say the cracks in their relationship have become “too obvious to ignore” in recent months, despite Katie insisting things will get stronger.
The mother-of-five has now accepted that their romance is over and JJ, 32, will not be her fourth husband.
They started dating in February 2024 after JJ rose to fame on E4’s Married at First Sight UK.
On Wednesday, she broke her silence on the breakup by posting a series of cryptic poems and quotes about soulmates and relationships on her Instagram Stories.
Here’s the first post from Mike Poetry: ‘They say it takes time to fall in love. But this is not true. Falling in love only requires the right person; The person who knows exactly what you need without you having to ask.’
Another post was about knowing your soulmate and the ‘divine’ signs a person will notice when they meet them.
Finally, Katie shared another quote: ‘My mom always says when you meet the male version of yourself, that’s when you meet the love of your life.’
