West Palm Beach to get another private membership club
As the Palm Beach Post reported this week, property mogul Stephen Ross He is planning a private membership club along the Intracoastal Waterway and next to the Palm Harbor Marina.

Once the low-key sister city of glitzy Palm Beach between the bridges, West Palm Beach is becoming a favored destination in its own right for high-end businesses and wealthy residents. With the city’s rising status, private club operators see fertile ground for an amenity that will further beautify the surroundings and meet the demand for preferred treatments that some residents are accustomed to enjoying in the north.

The cost of membership, which starts at $250,000, is now reportedly $400,000. For that kind of money, members get access to private gathering, eating and drinking spaces set amid jewel-coloured tile, stone and textile interiors.
Nora District, West Palm Beach
Another private club is planned to be built just north of downtown in the $1 billion Nora dining and entertainment district.
