FAA issues warnings about flying over Central, South America, eastern Pacific

The Federal Aviation Administration warned pilots of US airlines to fly to the USA. eastern Pacific Ocean Possible “military activities” and satellite navigation interference near Mexico, Central America and parts of South America are suggested.
The warning was published in a series of Notices to Airmen (NOTAMs) distributed by the FAA on Friday, which stated: “Potential risks to aircraft exist during flight and at all altitudes, including the arrival and departure phases of flight.”
“The FAA has issued Notices of Flight Advisory (NOTAMs) to Airmen. certain regions of Mexico“Central America, Panama, Bogata, Guayaquil and Mazatlán Oceanic Flight Zones and airspace in the eastern Pacific Ocean.” he told USA Today.
It’s unclear what led to advisories telling aircraft operators to “proceed with caution.” Fox News Digital has reached out to the FAA for comment.
