Deepinder Goyal to step down as Eternal CEO, Blinkit’s Albinder Singh Dhindsa to take charge

Deepinder Goyal resigned as Director, Managing Director and CEO of Eternal, effective February 1, 2026. While the board has recommended his name as Vice Chairman and Director pending shareholders’ approval, Goyal will be replaced as CEO by Blinkit’s Albinder Singh Dhindsa.
