Nvidia invests $2 billion in CoreWeave, expands data centre partnership

Nvidia has invested $2 billion in cloud infrastructure provider CoreWeave at a purchase price of $87.20 per share, the companies said on Monday, Jan. 26.

Alongside the investment, Nvidia and CoreWeave have expanded their strategic partnership aimed at accelerating CoreWeave’s data center build-out to meet growing demand for AI-driven computing capacity.
