Border Patrol shoots person in Arizona days after Alex Pretti was killed in Minneapolis

A few days after Alex Pretti was killed in Minnesota, a man was allegedly shot by a Border Patrol agent in Arizona.
It was stated that the condition of the unidentified person, who was allegedly shot by a federal agent, was in critical condition.
FBI Phoenix spokeswoman Brooke A. Brennan told the Daily Mail that the agency was “investigating an allegation of assault on a federal officer.”
‘The subject was detained. This remains an ongoing investigation. ‘No further information will be given.’
The Daily Mail has contacted the Department of Homeland Security for comment.
The incident occurred around 7:30 a.m. on West Arivaca Road, about 10 miles from the U.S.-Mexico border.
The Santa Rita Fire District said life-saving efforts were made to the patient before he was transported to a regional trauma center.
“The incident remains under active investigation by law enforcement,” the agency said.

Alex Pretti, 37, was shot and killed by U.S. Border Patrol Tactical Unit agents in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on Saturday.
The shooting occurred just three days after ICU nurse Alex Pretti was shot and killed by agents and weeks after Renee Nicole Good was shot in Minneapolis.
Pretti, 37, was killed by Border Patrol officers during a targeted immigration enforcement operation on Saturday.
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem claimed the officers were ‘clearly afraid for their lives’ following the shooting.
He said the agents opened defensive fire on Pretti after he “violently” resisted instructions.
Noem also claimed that Pretti was ‘brandishing’ a firearm and suggested that Pretti was a domestic terrorist in the immediate aftermath of the attack.
U.S. Border Patrol general Commander Gregory Bovino said Pretti planned to ‘massacre’ federal agents when he was killed.
Pretti’s parents strongly opposed the federal accounting and accused the Trump administration of lying.
“The sickening lies told by the administration about our son are reprehensible and disgusting,” they said in a statement. ‘Alex clearly wasn’t holding a gun when he was attacked by Trump’s killer and the cowardly ICE thugs.’
Renee Nicole Good (pictured), 37, was shot three times in the face by an ICE agent on January 7.
Internal scrutiny of Noem intensified after the fatal shooting, which Pretti called an act of “domestic terrorism” and put her at odds with Trump.
Witness statements and videos show Pretti stepping in front of a woman, who an agent threw to the ground before pepper-spraying her in the face and being carried to the ground by several officers before gunshots rang out.
Good, also 37, was shot three times in the face by an ICE agent on Jan. 7.
He was shot and killed after allegedly refusing police officers’ requests to open his car door during a demonstration in Minneapolis.
Noem branded Pretti and Good ‘domestic terrorists.’
Noem’s internal scrutiny intensified following the fatal shooting, which Pretti called an act of “domestic terrorism” and put her at odds with Trump.
According to reports, the President grilled Noem about her handling and initial reaction to the attack during their late-night meeting.
By the end of the night, Noem was ordered to shift her focus away from domestic immigration enforcement operations and focus instead on securing the Southern Border.
Noem’s longtime rival, White House Border Czar Tom Homan, was ordered by Trump to take over the crackdown in Minnesota.
