New video shows Alex Pretti spitting at federal agents and damaging a government SUV days before he was fatally shot by U.S. Border Patrol agents in Minneapolis.

News Movement released the video on Wednesday — reportedly recorded on Jan. 13 — showing a man who resembles Pretti, with a beard, glasses and clothing similar to the one he was wearing when he was killed.

The man is seen yelling and spitting at federal agents before kicking the taillight of a federal SUV.

When he repeatedly yells “f— you” and flashes the double middle finger, agents exit the vehicle, approach him, and take him to the ground.

As the argument continued, agents fired pepper balls and tear gas at nearby agitators, but the man was eventually released.

After he walks away from the agents, what appears to be a gun is seen around his waist.

Rather than leaving the scene, he remained with other demonstrators who continued yelling obscenities at federal law enforcement.

Alex Pretti’s family confirmed to the Minnesota Star Tribune that the person seen in the video is Alex Pretti.

“A week before Alex was shot in the street, he was violently attacked by a group of ICE agents — even though he posed no threat to anyone,” Pretti family attorney Steve Schleicher told Fox News. “Nothing that happened a week ago could have justified Alex’s murder by ICE on January 24th.”
