Lib Dem peer suspended again over harassment allegations

Allegations of harassment against the peer were made in 2013, but in 2014 a lawyer appointed by the party to investigate the allegations concluded that although the four women’s statements were “generally credible” they had not been proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
