His passion for his craft was matched only by his deep love of characters, great food and courtship. In each of his many roles, Bob gave his all to his characters and the reality of the human spirit they represented.

‘In doing so, he leaves us something lasting and unforgettable. ‘Thank you for your support of Bob over the years and for giving us this time and privacy to celebrate the memories he left behind.’

Meanwhile, she also shared the actor’s last birthday tribute just weeks before his death.
