5 things you need to know about flight records examined as part of the Epstein probe

  • Stansted Airport The primary focus is on reports suggesting that as many as 90 flights of Epstein’s “Lolita Express” landed here. Essex Police are currently reviewing flight records and emails to determine whether the victims were trafficked through the airport’s private terminal.

  • Luton Airport It is the second important center examined. Bedfordshire Police are assessing evidence about flights using the airport as part of a major update into how Epstein’s associates and potential victims moved covertly across the UK’s regional aviation network.

  • Seven police forces Authorities across the UK, including the Met, Thames Valley and Surrey, are co-ordinating this nationwide investigation. While airports provide physical data, these forces investigate allegations of harassment that occur on private property following these private arrivals.

  • Flight manifests It shows that 15 of the suspicious landings occurred after Epstein’s 2008 conviction. Investigators are monitoring movements to see whether victims were taken directly from airports to high-profile locations such as Buckingham Palace and the Royal Lodge.

  • An expert group It was established by the National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC) to coordinate with U.S. law enforcement. This team of experts is working to obtain unredacted documents to help seven British forces assess the allegations that emerged following the mass publication of the Epstein files.
