How do you manage a multigenerational workforce with different expectations?
I think generational differences are often exaggerated. For generations, people have wanted psychological safety, meaningful work, development, belonging, and fair pay. This hasn’t changed. Generation Z, in particular, is digitally fluent and extremely useful in accelerating the adoption of AI. This is even more evident in India, where digital awareness is already high. The basics still apply: Can I learn? Do I belong? Does my work contribute to anything meaningful?
