UPL to list a second company housing its crop protection business

In 2022, UPL Ltd established four businesses as subsidiaries: domestic plant protection, international plant protection, global seeds and manufacturing and specialty chemicals. Listed company UPL Ltd has a specialty chemicals business called Superform Chemistries Limited, while its Indian crop protection business falls under UPL Sustainable Farming Solutions and counts TPG, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Brookfield as investors. International Crop Protection or UPL Corp counts TPG and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority as investors, while seed business under Advanta Enterprises Ltd counts KKR as investors.
