If Warner decides Paramount’s offer is better, Netflix will have a four-day window to match the offer. Netflix’s last all-cash offer was $27.75 per share for Warner’s streaming and studio assets, and its Discovery Global cable business was distributed to investors. For now, this agreement is in effect and the board recommends in favor of it.
