Imran’s younger son, Qasim Khan, had previously stated in his posts that his father was being held in “really bad conditions” and that it was “getting worse every day”. She reiterated these concerns in a post on Kasim said that “this absolute blackout is not a matter of security procedure but a “deliberate attempt” to conceal.” Calling for outside intervention, he wrote: “I call on the international community, global human rights organizations and all democratic voices to intervene urgently.” “Demand proof of life, enforce court-ordered access, end this inhumane isolation, and I call for the release of Pakistan’s most popular political leader, who is being held solely for political reasons.”
