N.J. warehouse deals totaling 47K square feet just closed in 2 N.J. towns
Bussel Realty Corp.’s Metz Industrial Group recently completed four leases totaling more than 47,500 square meters of warehouse space
The properties are located in Linden and Kearny, according to a statement from Metz on Tuesday.
The group represented CHS Development in the lease of 20,000 square feet of space at 2500 Brunswick Ave., Building B, in Linden, to Weida Freight Systems, an international transportation company.
CBRE represented Weida Freight Systems in this transaction.
The group also leased a 1-acre open-air storage space at 1600 Lower Road on behalf of 1600 Lower Road Associates, which was acquired by Alpha Cargo Transport, a regional container and port services provider.
The group represented landlord RHS Hope LLC in the lease of two units at 76-104 Third Ave. in Kearny.
PuroClean of Newark, a property restoration and improvement franchise, signed a 20,000-square-foot lease, while Festive Planet, a distributor of seasonal and promotional products, signed a 7,500-square-foot lease.
CRP New Jersey represented both tenants.
The Brunswick Boulevard property is part of a seven-building, 208,000-square-foot complex.
The Third Avenue property in Kearny sits on 5.4 acres and totals 100,030 square feet.
