CIPMC in Ernakulam organises awareness programme on pest surveillance system

The Central Integrated Pest Management Center (CIPMC), Ernakulam, recently organized a one-day awareness program on the national pest surveillance system.

Nearly 100 officials came together in the program held under the auspices of the Plant Protection, Quarantine and Storage Directorate. Plant Protection Advisor JP Singh presided over the event.

Sunita Pandey, Joint Director of the Directorate (Locust and IPM Division); Elizabeth Jaya Thomas, Deputy Director of the Center; and Deputy Plant Protection Officer R. Renjumol and Venu Babu Bolli spoke at the event.
