Caleb Flynn’s attorney, L. Patrick Mulligan, previously told Fox News Digital that prosecutors were rushing to charge his client with murder.

“Caleb Flynn pled not guilty this morning and looks forward to pleading this case. We are both disappointed and concerned about the short timeline and appear to be in a rush to reach a verdict in this case,” Mulligan said. “When the government runs out of leads or is unable to develop leads and cares for a surviving spouse in such cases, the likelihood of wrongful conviction increases.”
