Ferrari The famous Italian sports car brand is raising its 2026 target after beating Wall Street’s second-quarter expectations due to healthy demand for its products.

Here’s how the company performed in the second quarter compared to average estimates compiled by LSEG:

  • Earnings per share: 2.62 euros ($2.97), adjusted compared to expected 2.50 euros
  • Revenues: 1.94 billion euros, while the expectation was 1.88 billion euros

The automaker’s new 2026 forecast includes revenue rising from 7.5 billion euros to around 7.6 billion euros; adjusted earnings increased from €2.93 billion to €2.97 billion; as well as slight increases in industrial free cash flow, adjusted earnings and operating profit.

Ferrari CEO Benedetto Vigna attributed the company’s second-quarter results and guidance increase to the “continued trend in customizations” and resilient demand for its vehicles, whose order book is full through 2027.

RBC Capital Markets analyst Tom Narayan noted that the timing of the guidance increase is important for investors: “Ferrari rarely raises its guidance in the second quarter, choosing instead to do so in the third quarter, and so we view this as a positive indicator for the rest of the year and expect shares to move higher.”

The company’s shares rose nearly 2% in premarket trading Thursday.

Ferrari’s second quarter results include an operating profit of €605 million, or a margin of 31.2%, and a net profit of €463 million, up nearly 9% on the previous year.
