A witness said the pilots of the colliding aircraft had waved to the children shortly before the collision.

John Johnson, who was at the airport with his children and his wife, said the plane saw a “big fire ball” after falling “first”.

Billericay’den Mr. Johnson, “We all waved the pilots and all of them returned to us. The plane then took off, take -off, strengthened on the runway.

“About three or four seconds after the departure, he began to make the bank intensively on his left, and then, within a few seconds, he was turned upside down and fell to the ground first.

“There was a big fire ball. Obviously, everyone was shocked to witness it. All the children saw him and families saw him.”
