UK IT company crashes into administration – ’30 years of experience’ | UK | News

A UK IT company has gone into administration after 30 years of experience in the industry. Ethos, which helps businesses improve their technology equipment, has been officially appointed administrator. The newspaper published the notice on 11 March 2026 and listed Philip James Watkins and Philip Lewis Armstrong, both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, as directors.
The joint administrators, who currently manage the company’s business, affairs and properties, were appointed as joint administrators on March 3, 2026, according to Ethos’ website. He also added that they “acted as representatives of the Company and without personal liability.”
It is not clear exactly why the company went into administration, but it comes at a time when many businesses are facing a number of financial difficulties.
Aiming to be at the center of its customers’ business goals, Ethos appears to be business as usual. The company operates in important regions of the country, with its head office in London.
The website states: “At Ethos, we empower businesses to streamline their workplace technology infrastructure. We help overcome challenges like inefficient processes, security vulnerabilities, and rising costs in today’s fast-paced business environment.”
“As your business-specific technology services partner, we enable you to increase productivity, increase security, and increase profitability with custom solutions that adapt to your unique business needs.”
The list of services includes AV/Audio Solutions, Finance and Leasing Solutions, Robotic Process Automation, Cloud Communications Solutions, IT Hardware and Managed Services, Integration and Automation Services, Custom Printing and Graphics Services, and Managed Printing and Document Services.
The IT company also has a lot of positive customer reviews.
