Gerry Adams was on IRA army council, claims intelligence officer

The report stated that intelligence named Adams a member of the IRA Army Council and noted that he was present at council meetings and understood that any bomb attack in Great Britain, including the 1996 London Docklands bomb and the Manchester bombing, would require the signature of the Army council.
