DMK government stopped three-phase power supply to farmers: Edappadi Palaniswami

AIADMK Secretary General and Opposition Leader EdaAppadi K. Palaniswami claimed that the DMK government had stopped the three -phase power supply to farmers on Tuesday, July 15, 2025.

He interacted with representatives of various farmers’ associations of the Farmers and Ariyalur Region, and when Tamil Nadu became the Minister of Nadu, the AIADMK government gave orders to provide three -phase power supply to farmers to provide uninterrupted power supply throughout the day. However, the DMK government was stopped by the government, Mr. Palaniswami accused.

The AIADMK government provided 50% subsidies for female farmers and 40% subsidies for farmers to modernize agricultural equipment, instruments or machines. Mr. Palaniswami said that the AIADMK government has started a veterinary college and research institute in SALEM’s estimated 1,000 Crore budget.
