Tiger Woods involved in rollover car crash in Florida

Tiger Woods was involved in a rollover accident on Florida’s Jupiter Island.

The health condition of the 50-year-old golf star is not yet clear. The incident occurred around 2 p.m. Friday afternoon near 281 Beach Road.

“Sometimes I have good days, sometimes I have bad days,” he said this week about his overall health.

‘Disc swapping isn’t much fun. I had many procedures before this, so my body is not healing as fully as it did when I was 24. It doesn’t fully return to its previous state.

‘So I have good days where I can do almost anything, and other days when it’s hard to even move.’

In addition to Woods’ ongoing back problems, he also tore his Achilles last March. He last played a tournament in July 2024 at the Open Championship in Scotland.

Notably, President Donald Trump said Thursday night that Woods, with whom he is friends, would not play at Augusta.

“I love Tiger, but he won’t be there,” Trump told Fox. ‘He will be there, but he will not play there.’

In 2017, Woods was arrested for DUI after police found him unconscious in his car in Florida with five medications in his system, including two painkillers.

He later sought rehab for his painkiller addiction.

He was involved in another high-profile accident in 2009 when he crashed into a fire hydrant after being chased from his home by his then-wife Elin Nordegren, leading him to admit to multiple affairs and drug use.

Woods and Nordegren eventually divorced in 2010 but remained friends while co-parenting their children.

‘The relationship I have with him now is amazing,’ Woods told Time magazine in 2015. We both know that the most important things in our lives are our children. I wish I had known this then.’

Their 17-year-old son, Charlie, is an avid golfer and the former couple often get together to support him at events. They also have an 18-year-old daughter named Sam.

Woods has been dating Vanessa Trump for over a year; Their relationship was first reported by the Daily Mail in March 2025, after they first started seeing each other around Thanksgiving 2024.

His 2021 crash in California occurred when Woods lost control on a downhill road, hit a road sign and rolled his car several hundred meters in a horrific crash that police said he was “lucky to survive.”

Firefighters had to use a halligan to free Woods from the car through the window.
