Alison Hammond showed off her incredible 11-stone weight loss by sweating it out during a grueling boxing session in a video shared to Instagram on Saturday.
The This Morning presenter, 51, has undergone an incredible five-year transformation in which she has shed nearly 11 stone with diet and exercise changes.
And she showed off her slimmed-down physique in a black sportswear set as she attended a one-on-one training session.
Showing off her padwork skills, Alison completed her workout look with chunky black sneakers.
Having ditched her make-up, Alison threw herself into the high-energy workout, enthusiastically punching pads and powering around the room as she showed off her pad training skills.

Alison recently revealed why she hasn’t touched weight-loss injections before revealing that she has taken up Reformer Pilates and circuit classes in a bid to keep the weight off.
Alison opened up about the precautions she takes when trying to stay in shape after making lifestyle changes.
Alison revealed she started Reformer Pilates because it was ‘hard as a board’.
She added: ‘You feel absolutely incredible after this. I really need a good stretch – so Reformer Pilates has been great for me.
‘I’m also doing this early morning tour lecture by the amazing Steve Hensel at the Blue Zone. ‘I’ll go at 6.30am and work out for a full hour, it’s a proper old-school gym.’
Alison said she left the gym feeling ‘great’ after working out hard, but although she was willing to try something, there was one wellness practice she hadn’t adopted.
He continued his interview with. Close Magazine: ‘I tried one of those cold plunge pools once – and I totally didn’t! It took about a minute. “Why am I literally trying to kill myself?” I thought.
Reformer Pilates, loved by Meghan Markle and Jennifer Aniston, costs between £25 and £40 for a 45-minute class and is growing in popularity in the UK.

Alison has previously said that weight loss vaccines are not for her and that she chooses not to use them because she is ‘scared’ of the ‘scary’ stories around her.
He told Good Housekeeping UK: ‘I think it’s a good thing for the people who need to use them; But for me, when I hear any horror story, I immediately get scared.’
The presenter added: ‘So I didn’t want to use them, but that doesn’t mean I won’t use them in the future and I certainly won’t disparage anyone who does.’
Alison has lost 11 stone in the last five years after it was discovered she had pre-diabetes; she reversed this condition with healthier food choices and exercise.
In an interview with the Daily Mail, she opened up about how she stays fit while surrounded by cakes on The Great British Bake Off.
He said: ‘I’ll have some of Paul and Prue’s after they’ve finished judging. I only try those who shake Paul’s hand or win. If the jury isn’t impressed, I won’t try it.’
Alison explained how she managed to lose weight without the help of slimming injections, sharing information about her exercise plan with her personal trainer.
The TV personality, who weighed 28 stone at his heaviest, told the Heat: ‘I have a personal trainer, he’s amazing, he trains me when I can train. ‘If I’m working, I don’t train, I go for a walk.’
Alison added: ‘But when I’m home I’ll go in the morning and just have an hour session with him. It could be four days a week.”
She also explained her approach to her diet, saying she doesn’t cut out anything completely but focuses on ‘moderation’. ‘I don’t deny myself anything, I eat everything but in moderation,’ she added.
Alison also revealed how her mother Maria, who died of lung and liver cancer in January 2020, influenced her decision to overhaul her lifestyle.
