Lifelong Arsenal supporter Mick Jagger celebrated the team’s early lead as they took on Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final in Hungary on Saturday.

The 82-year-old Rolling Stones rocker stood next to a more dignified-looking David Beckham as the stars watched the match together.

Mick was spending quality time with his nine-year-old son Deveraux as they watched their beloved Arsenal battle for European glory.

A far cry from typical football support attire, Mick looked stylish in the stands in a blue suede jacket over a crisp white T-shirt.

Meanwhile, nine-year-old Deveraux, who Mick shares with girlfriend Melanie Hamrick, 37, was proudly wearing the Arsenal jersey.

Sitting next to her, David looked appropriate for the occasion in a navy blue suit, white shirt and tie.

Mick grew up in Dartford and became interested in football in his youth while living in and around London.

Despite not being from north London, he has developed an affinity for Arsenal and has been described as a supporter of them for decades.

Over the years the singer was regularly seen at Arsenal matches at both the old Highbury and the Emirates Stadium.

His support is widely acknowledged by Arsenal fan communities and football publications; these publications regularly include him in lists of famous Arsenal fans alongside the likes of Idris Elba, Lewis Hamilton and Daniel Kaluuya.

Fans of Arsenal’s rivals were outraged after two handball decisions in favor of Arsenal in the first half of the Champions League final.

Arsenal got off to an excellent start against Paris Saint-Germain in Budapest, with Kai Havertz, selected ahead of Viktor Gyokeres, giving his team the lead when he fired from a tight angle.

However, some fans were baffled by the decision to stop the goal after the ball hit Leandro Trossard during the build-up.

The goal came when PSG captain Marquinhos tried to clear the ball but shot it straight at Trossard. The ball bounced forward and into the path of Havertz, who ran towards goal and fired.

However, replays showed the ball flying off Trossard’s arm, but the goal was still allowed to stand.
