Two dead after separate double stabbings just hours apart in London

Two separate double stabbings are being investigated following violence in east and north London on Tuesday, which left two people dead and two others injured.
A man in his late 20s or early 30s was killed on Watney Street in Shadwell, east London, just after 4pm on Tuesday, while a second man in his 50s remains in hospital.
A few hours later, a 21-year-old man was stabbed to death in a separate fight in Primrose Hill, north London, at around 6.40pm, while another man in his 20s suffered non-fatal stab wounds.
The Metropolitan Police said officers were called to Shadwell, along with an ambulance crew, and the young man was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries, where he later died.

Detectives are working to track down his family.
It was learned that the second man’s life was not in danger.
Detective Chief Inspector Dave Whellams said: “My thoughts are with the victim’s family and loved ones, as well as those in the community affected by this incident.
“We are trying to establish the circumstances surrounding his tragic death.
“We would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident or has CCTV or dashcam footage that could assist our investigations – please come forward with any information.”
The stabbing at the Primrose Hill viewpoint prompted police to call for a fight at the popular North London park, which has panoramic views of the capital.
Paramedics treated a 21-year-old man for stab wounds, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Another man, believed to be in his 20s, was found by police nearby in Regent’s Park Road and taken to hospital with non-life-threatening stab wounds.
