Pawan Kalyan launches drinking water scheme in Konaseema

Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan on Thursday virtually inaugurated a drinking water project constructed at a cost of ₹17.33 crore in Antarvedi village and Dr. BRAmbedkar guaranteed access to safe drinking water for 67 villages in Sakhinetipalli mandal of Konaseema district. As many as 4,522 households, mostly along the coastline, will be provided with safe drinking water. The project is funded under Jal Jeevan Mission.

Minister of Agriculture and Dr. Mr. Pawan Kalyan, accompanied by BR Ambedkar Konaseema District In-charge Minister K. Atchannaidu, performed virtual bhumi puja for the Rapid Sand Filter (RSF) system for purification of Godavari river water for drinking purposes.
