Hyderabad Police Seize 28 Bikes, 113 Gas Cylinders in Mangalhat

Hyderabad: Following orders from Hyderabad Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar, a community contact program was conducted within the limits of Mangalhat police station from 6 am to 8 pm on Saturday and 22 empty commercial gas cylinders, 12 household gas cylinders and 79 small gas cylinders were seized.
The program was carried out from Jummerath Bazar, Bude Baba Hanuman Temple to Takkarwadi and Lower Dhoolpet. During the operation, intensive house-to-house searches and verifications were carried out and 28 two-wheelers, approximately 49.4 liters of IMFL whiskey and beer bottles and gas cylinders were seized.
The program was carried out in a systematic and orderly manner to ensure that the peace and tranquility of the public was maintained. It also aims to create a deterrent effect on anti-social elements while increasing the sense of security among law-abiding citizens, improving the sense of social security among residents and also creating fear psychosis among non-social elements, said G. Chandra Mohan, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Golconda District.
