Anderson Cooper Mystified by Neil deGrasse Tyson During Artemis Crew Recovery

Anderson Cooper He spoke on behalf of nearly the entire CNN audience Friday night and said: Neil de Grasse Tyson The famous astrophysicist’s comments turned out to be too surprising for an ordinary person to understand.
Shortly after 8pm ET on Friday, Aretmis II’s crew touched down in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of San Diego. This landing capped off a nine-day mission, NASA’s first crewed mission around the moon since 1972. While doing this, the crew also broke the record for the farthest distance traveled from Earth.
There was also a Commander on board Reid wise manPilot winner gloverMission Specialist Christina Ramand Canadian Space Agency Mission Specialist Jeremy hansen.
NASA picked up the crew one by one and flew them by helicopter to a nearby U.S. Navy ship. During CNN’s coverage of the rescue, Cooper, Tyson and other guests listened to a live feed from NASA explaining what they saw through a camera aboard the USS John P. Murtha.
“Victor, big hugs, big hugs from Christina,” a woman on NASA’s livestream said.
That’s when Tyson stepped in.
“By the way, we’re close to solar maximum right now,” he said. “So the sun’s total radiative flux and particle flux are at an 11-year high. So that has to be part of the medical understanding in terms of their exposure to radiation and orbiting the moon for 10 days without the protection of the Earth’s magnetic blanket.”
“I don’t know a word you said,” Cooper replied, and everyone was laughing.
Former astronaut “Says they were zapped” Mike Massimono he called out.
“I’m not smart enough to understand,” Cooper said.
