Moment gunman tackled by school principal

CCTV footage shows the moment a high school principal tackled an active shooter in Oklahoma.

Gunman Victor Hawkins entered Pauls Valley High School and opened fire during the April 7 incident.

Principal Kirk Moore is then seen charging towards the former student and tackling him, before another staff member comes and takes the gun from his hand.

Principal Moore was shot in the leg during the incident but was later released from the hospital.

Hawkins was arrested at the scene and now faces two counts of pointing a firearm, one count of shooting with intent to kill and two counts of unlawful carrying.
