It will be the continuation of the monsoon rain in Punjab on Friday.
Although the monsoons are necessary for South Asia’s agriculture and water supply, the increasing negative effects in Pakistan combine with unprecedented urban growth, weak drainage systems and frequent excessive weather conditions attributed to climate change. NDMA said that more than 1,000 houses have been destroyed since June 25th.
