Tulsi Gabbard accuses officials of orchestrating Trump impeachment fraud

Newly declassified documents prove that President Donald Trump’s first impeachment of 2019-2020 was a carefully planned fraud.
This was all fabricated by Trump-hating “deep state actors” within the intelligence community who secretly conspired with Democrats in Congress to remove Trump from office and subvert the will of the American people who put him there.
The damning evidence was this: Published on Monday, April 13 By Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard. On Wednesday, the Department of Justice (DOJ) sent criminal complaints targeting two key individuals leading the impeachment investigation and accusing them of conspiracy.
The first is Michael Atkinson, who served as the Intelligence Community’s inspector general (IG) during the impeachment hearings and the whistleblower who filed a formal complaint about Trump’s July 2019 phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
GABBARD CLAIMS THERE WAS A ‘COORDINED EFFORT’ BY THE INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY TO DEVELOP THE NARRATIVE TO IMPEACH TRUMP

The identity of the whistleblower (CIA analyst and registered Democrat) has still not been officially disclosed, which is complete nonsense. It has no right to hide in the shadow of anonymity. By law, only the IG can refuse to reveal his name. But this does not apply to anyone else. Gabbard needs to identify him, especially since he no longer works in intelligence.
Moreover, as I explained repeatedly in a series of columns during Trump’s impeachment seven years ago, the so-called “whistleblower” was not a whistleblower at all. The complaint he filed against the president was never considered a valid complaint under the whistleblower law. It does not meet the two conditions specified in the law.
That is, the alleged misconduct must involve intelligence activity and be committed by a member of the intelligence community. The President is not and never has been a member of the intelligence community. II of the Constitution Under the article, the chief executive has broad authority to conduct foreign affairs, negotiate with the leaders of other nations, and make requests or request information.
NEW SCHIFF LEAK CLAIM FROM WISTLEBLOWER REFLECTS SIMILAR ACCUSATIONS FOR YEARS
That’s exactly what Trump did in his meeting with Zelenskyy. He suggested the leader examine Hunter Biden’s ridiculously lucrative business dealings with Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma Holdings, as well as President Joe Biden’s later on-camera boast that he threatened to withhold $1 billion in U.S. taxpayer funds unless the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating both Burisma and Hunter Biden was fired. It seemed like a clear and corrupt “quid pro quo” to protect his son and keep the Biden family financial gravy train rolling. It also reeked of extortion.
There was nothing inappropriate about Trump’s phone call because the younger Biden had already been the subject of a Justice Department criminal investigation regarding his highly questionable international business plans. Trump’s request was reasonable and not at all unusual. Other presidents did the same.
Our Ministry of Justice has sought foreign assistance in many cases over the years. Sometimes presidents step in. It was laughable for the Democrats to declare this speech an impeachable offense. But they did this with great effort.
TULSI GABBARD DENIES ANY WRONG OVER REFERRAL OF DELAYED WHISKING COMPLAINT TO MEMBERS OF CONGRESS: ‘UNBASED’
They knowingly exploited a fake tipster who had no first-hand knowledge of the phone call. He neither listened nor read the text of the text. He just heard it from someone else. The Constitution does not give unelected and low-level bureaucratic employees the power to review or disapprove the president, the top official in the U.S. government.
I wrote about this issue once again when the impeachment saga was emerging in 2019:

“So what should we call the fake ‘whistleblower?’ It would be more accurate to describe him as a confidential informant who acts as a Democratic operative who spies by gathering hearsay information to harm President Trump.”

“Furthermore, there is mounting evidence that the whistleblower aided and abetted Schiff and/or members of Schiff’s team to create a pretext for the president’s impeachment.”
Of course, Gabbard’s never-before-seen documents confirm this. The fake tipster eventually admitted to being a partisan who “worked closely with Vice President Biden” and “traveled with Biden to Ukraine.” In other words, once Trump became president, the analyst appeared to have established himself as a hostile “mole” and was instrumental in triggering the sham impeachment.
Equally shocking is the alleged role played by Atkinson, who was expected to remain a fair and impartial inspector general. But the record shows that he vouched for the fake informant’s credibility, knowing full well that he had provided false information in his complaint. “I would also like to make it clear that I never thought the whistleblower was politically biased,” he said during his testimony.
SCHIFF LAUNCHES LEGAL DEFENSE FUND IN RESPONSE TO CLAIMS THAT TRUMP IS ‘WEAPONIZING’ THE JUSTICE SYSTEM
The identity of the whistleblower (CIA analyst and registered Democrat) has still not been officially disclosed, which is complete nonsense.
Atkinson had a duty to dispose of the litter complaint in the nearest dumpster. The Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel stated that this was so inadequate that Congress should not be notified. Instead, IG did the opposite. He called the complaint a “pressing concern” and used it as a cudgel against Trump, pushing aggressively toward impeachment.
Worse, exculpatory evidence that would have benefited Trump was deliberately concealed from Congress, the American people, and the president’s impeachment defense team. It was hidden under the sign “Secret”. No one was told about the CIA analyst’s sharp bias, his political motivations, or his critical admission that “I have no direct knowledge of the President’s private comments or communications.”
Then-House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, a Democrat, knew all about the exculpatory evidence but concealed it. The analyst sneakily coordinated with Schiff’s team before the whistleblower complaint was filed. Trump was being set up.
Schiff has emphasized publicly that he never knew the man’s name and that “we did not speak directly to the whistleblower.” When that turned out to be untrue, Schiff tried to take it back. The documents show the analyst also lied to Atkinson. He later apologized for pulling the same hoax as Schiff. Surprisingly, the apology itself was suppressed.
Gabbard accused Atkinson of ignoring Justice Department guidance, exceeding her legal authority and weaponizing the established reporting process. “Inspector General Atkinson failed to fulfill his responsibility to the American people by placing political motivations ahead of reality.”
The inevitable conclusion to be drawn from the newly declassified documents is that Trump was framed. Gabbard said elements within the intelligence community, including Atkinson and the fake informant, engineered a conspiracy that was used as the basis to remove President Trump from office.

Democrats like Schiff knew it was completely bogus, but they didn’t care. Their goal, as always, was to destroy Trump and remove him from office.

Based on Gabbard’s criminal complaint, the Department of Justice must conduct a thorough investigation. Possible charges may include misrepresentation, perjury, obstruction and conspiracy to defraud the government. Those who fabricated a false accusation must be held accountable in court.
Trump, of course, survived impeachment. History books should stick to the truth and call this nonsense.
