Actors Shraddha Kapoor and Nora Fatehi got major relief in a high-profile drug case in 2022; Mumbai Police reportedly found no evidence linking them to the alleged network. In August 2022, Mumbai Police Crime Branch and Anti-Narcotics Cell arrested an alleged drug smuggler, who during interrogation claimed to have been supplying contraband to parties attended by many prominent figures. During the investigation, many people, including Shraddha Kapoor and Nora Fatehi, were interrogated by the Anti-Narcotics Cell.

However, authorities reportedly found no material evidence showing any connection between these individuals and the alleged supply network.
