15 labourers die as van overturns in Madhya Pradesh’s Dhar

At least 15 workers, mostly women, were killed and more than 30 people were injured when a pickup truck they were traveling in overturned and collided with a car in Madhya Pradesh’s Dhar district on Wednesday night (April 29, 2026), police said.

According to police, the accident took place around 10.30 pm on the Indore-Ahmedabad national highway, near Chikliya ring road under Tirla police station, when a speeding minibus carrying around 46 workers overturned.
