India–Sri Lanka maritime ties strengthened through IN–SLN DIVEX 2026

India and Sri Lanka reaffirmed their growing maritime partnership by holding the fourth edition of the bilateral diving exercise IN-SLN DIVEX 2026 in Colombo from 21-28 April.

Indian Navy reports that it has deployed Diving Support and Submarine Rescue Ship INS Nireekshak The Sri Lanka Navy, on the other hand, jointly improved operational coordination and professional synergy by fielding diving teams.
