‘Mai jhoothe promise nahi karunga’: Foreign student’s Chatur Ramalingam-style speech at Aligarh Muslim University will remind you of ‘Three Idiots’

He starts his speech with a bold and confident tone and says, “Main jhoothe promise nahi karunga.” He promised that he would give the students tea three times a day in the hall, when elected and also acknowledged that the distance from the hostel to the main college is.

Ayyuba humorously claimed that he would launch a Metro service to bridge the gap and his manifesto also included installing air conditioners (air conditioners), building a swimming pool in the hall building and providing washing machines on every floor.
“Is the hostel far from the university? No problem. “I’ll start the metro.”
Air conditioning, Subway, young baar chai
“Jaisa ki aap sabhi log jante hai… mai jhoothe promise nahi karunga. Aajkal bohot garmi hai, toh mai sabko AC doonga. Annexe me 5 AC lagayega. NT me swimming pool mai banaunga. NT se college bohot gate hai… toh mai METRO start karunga,” he said, receiving loud applause and cheers from the crowd.
He continued, “Har floor pe washing machine hoga. Agar mai Secretary bana toh NT bana sabko 3 times chai milega.” The video shows the crowd at the NT Hall chanting, whistling and chanting “Ayyuba Zindabad!” He can be heard chanting slogans. And honestly, if there was a spiritual successor to Chatur Ramalingam, this might be it.
Social media reaction
While many users praised her confidence and sense of humor, others turned the conversation into meme material, with some jokingly comparing her “otherworldly” promises. One user wrote, “3 Idiots ki yay aayi!” wrote. “Universities and colleges in India have become a complete waste of time diploma generators for graduates without any skills,” wrote another.
“Chatgpt se talk banana to koi inse sikhe,” commented another. Another said: “He looks like rehman from the movie Dhurandhar.”
