Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Q4 profit jumps 31% to ₹1,645 crore

New Delhi: Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Corporation on Thursday reported a 31 per cent rise in consolidated net profit. ₹1,645 crore for the fourth quarter ending March 2026.
The company, the financial services arm of diversified conglomerate Murugappa Group, has posted consolidated profits so far: ₹1,260 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last financial year.
Total revenue in the last March quarter rose to Rs 8,564 crore. ₹7,137 crore in the same period of the previous financial year, Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Corporation said in a regulatory filing.
Interest income also increased ₹7,613 crore during the period under review. ₹6,424 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago.
Total expenses increased during the quarter ₹compared to 6,422 crore ₹5,439 crore in the same quarter last year.
For the full fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, the company reported a 23 percent increase in net profit. ₹5,233 crore ₹4,263 crore in FY25.
Total revenue increased ₹31,539 crore in FY26 ₹26,153 crore in the previous financial year.
The company’s board of directors recommended a final dividend of Re0.70 (or 35 per cent) per share. ₹2 each for the year ending March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
