A former employee of JPMorgan has filed a lawsuit against his top executive over months of allegations of sexual harassment, racial harassment and workplace intimidation. Last year, Hajdini congratulated a colleague via his LinkedIn account. She wrote in her comment: “You are a force to be reckoned with! Well-deserved recognition.”

Eagle-eyed social media were keen to note her past comments, with one user writing: “lmfao. This has aged well 🤡” while another user said: “Looks like you have too. And not in a good way at all!” Hindustan Times confirmed the social media backlash in the comments thread as the 37-year-old’s LinkedIn account was deleted due to the scandal. There is also speculation that Instagram account settings have been specifically changed.

JPMorgan also became a party to the lawsuit, although Lorna Hajdini has denied any wrongdoing. A spokesperson for JPMorgan denied these allegations and said there was no basis for the allegations and that an internal investigation revealed as much. “Following an investigation, we do not believe there is any merit to these allegations,” a JPMorgan spokesperson said in a statement to The Daily Mail. According to The New York Post, it was determined that the person who made the allegations against JPMorgan executives was Chirayu Rana. According to the publication, the 35-year-old actor currently works as a principal at Bregal Sagemount, a New York-based investment firm run by Goldman Sachs alumnus Gene Yoon.

What did the complainant say in the case against Lorna Hajdini?

The complainant, who initially used the pseudonym “John Doe” anonymously when filing her complaint, alleged that the general manager drugged her with Rohypnol and Viagra, turning her into a “sex slave.” He accused her of threatening him with a bonus cut if he didn’t comply. The complainant alleged that Hajdini abused his senior position on multiple occasions to pressure her into sexual intercourse and to ensure compliance with his demands.

One confrontation dates back to May 2024, when he rejected an invitation for drinks, according to the complaint. She also alleged that the JPMorgan executive showed up at Rana’s apartment unannounced and forced her to have sex while threatening to stop Rana’s promotions and career advancement. The complainant referenced another incident in which Hajdini used racial slurs while discussing his job performance.

The lawsuit alleged that the complainant was in a vulnerable position because Hajdini’s sexual pleasure affected her promotions and career advancement. The lawsuit alleges that Hajdini propositioned her for oral sex in the office on multiple occasions, ranging from verbal harassment to repeated sexual assault.

The complainant alleged that while she was protesting by crying, the manager forcibly removed her trousers and performed oral sex on her against her will.

The complainant described another incident where the two were sitting together at a private members club. The complainant alleged that during this work activity, Hajdini groped her under a table.
