Meghan Markle ‘fuming’ after King Charles’s US state visit | Royal | News

Now, reports claim Charles’ latest meeting with Mr Trump has left Harry “nervous” about his future in the royal family.
Sources added that while Harry is focused on potentially resolving his dispute with his royal relatives, Meghan thinks she should step in.
A source told closer magazine: “Harry is doing his best to remain pragmatic, and whenever questions are asked about Charles meeting Trump, he is quick to point out that it’s just part of his father’s role. But he admits the whole situation is keeping him up at nights.”
“Of course, it’s very difficult for Harry to sit on the sidelines while his father breaks bread with someone who wants to kick him and his wife out of the country.”
The source added of Meghan’s approach: “In her view, this is exactly the kind of situation where Harry should stand his ground without making excuses to his father. Meghan is furious and says it would send the wrong message if this was left unchallenged.”
“He takes this very personally and doesn’t understand how Harry can just sit back and try to explain it away.
“But his stance is that they should keep their eyes on the prize and not do anything that could jeopardize their long-term goal of rebuilding relationships with their family.”
Harry is understood to have rejected claims that he was “not a working royal” in an interview during a trip to Ukraine last month.
Harry told ITV he will always be part of the Royal Family and will continue his public service work.
He said he sees himself as someone who pursues the work he was “born to do,” valuing his humanitarian trips, the people he meets and his ability to bring attention to issues that are left out of the news cycle when other events come to the fore.
