Donald Trump has revealed his exercise routine, or lack thereof.

At an Oval Office event introducing the new Presidential Fitness Test Award, which offers students a performance-based fitness reward, Trump noted his own exercise.

‘I work hard. For example, about one minute per day, max. the President joked as some Cabinet members and students stood behind him.

Last year, the President signed an order reestablishing the Presidential Fitness Test as well as the Presidential Council on Sports, Fitness and Nutrition.

Tuesday’s action clears the way for all U.S. schools to begin giving the new award to students. The national eligibility test began in the late 1950s until 2013, when President Obama replaced the test with another test.

The test involves running or walking a mile, doing as many sit-ups as possible in 60 seconds, push-ups or pull-ups to failure, shuttle jogging, and stretching.

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert Kennedy praised Trump’s fitness and the President’s ability to walk miles on golf courses over the weekend.

The president joked that this was true when he wasn’t ‘driving the golf cart’ and praised RFK for being in ‘perfect shape,’ noting how good he looked working out.

President Donald Trump joked at a Presidential Fitness Award event at the White House on Tuesday that he works out for a minute or less a day.

HHS Secretary Robert Kennedy praised Trump's fitness, noting that he often walks miles while playing golf.

Trump was surrounded by professional golfer Bryson DeChambeau, retired professional golfer Gary Player, MLB pitcher Noah Syndergaard and others.

DeChambeau, who is friends with the Trumps, said he has been pushing for the reintroduction of the Presidential Sports Test Trophy since 2013 after winning the award as a schoolboy.

Trump noted that the professional golfer is in incredible shape and has been able to gain muscle and lose weight “up and down like a yo-yo.”

“He doesn’t need a fat shot,” Trump joked about DeChambeau taking Ozempic or another GLP-1 weight-loss drug.

‘And I said, ‘Have you ever shot?’ I said. He didn’t know what I was talking about. ‘What shot?’ He can wear it. He is a scientist. A scientist with his body. “A great man and an absolute champion,” the President said.

Trump has repeatedly joked about close friends taking weight-loss pills to trim their figures, but has stopped short of revealing who prescribed them.

Some of the children with the President told him that they play a variety of sports, including volleyball, football, gymnastics and more. A young man said he hoped to do powerlifting.

Trump said he wanted to take them out of the Oval Office once the event was over and witness their athletic prowess in person.

Outside the Oval Office, mascots of the Washington Nationals MLB team were seen dancing and throwing footballs as children worked out on the South Lawn.
