Hardik Pandya Joins MI Squad in Raipur Ahead of Clash Against RCB

Mumbai: Captain Hardik Pandya met his Mumbai Indians teammates in Raipur ahead of their next Indian Premier League match against RCB on Sunday. Pandya missed MI’s last match against LSG on Monday due to back spasm.

His niggle is said to be minor and he has been advised to rest for the match against LSG.

“Entered Raipur,” MI wrote on ‘X’ along with a photograph of Pandya on Thursday.

A full-fledged training session is planned at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium and Pandya is expected to train in the nets on Friday.

With seven losses and three wins, Mumbai Indians sit ninth on the points table and need to win each of their remaining matches to keep their slim play-off hopes alive.
