Around 55 pc of total GCCs in India in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai: Vestian

According to Vestian, the new Delhi, July 21 (PTI) Bengaluru, Haydarabad and Chennai together there are 922 Global Talent Center (GCC).
In a statement on Monday, US-based real estate consultant Vestian said that it hosts approximately 1,700 GCC spread to Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities of India and constitutes approximately 53 percent of 3,200 GCCs worldwide.
“India’s leading office markets, competitive costs, high -skilled labor, solid infrastructure, progressive policy incentives and a favorable business environment continues to offer a compelling value proposal to GCCs characterized by a favorable business environment.” He said.
However, he said that choosing the right place is critical for the long -term success of any GCC.
According to Vestian, India’s top six cities-Bengaluru, Haydarabad, Chennai, Delhi-Ncr, Mumbai and Pune-Ulke constitutes 94 percent of the total number of GCCs.
The rest has spread to various states.
The advisor predicted that the total number of GCCs in India could exceed 2,100 at the end of the 2027-28 financial year. On average, approximately 150 new GCCs are expected to be established each year.
In India, approximately 50 percent of the total GCCs are in the ITS sector and the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) sector, which has 17 percent share.
Vestian on the analysis of the city, Bengaluru’da 487 GCC and 29 percent of the total number of GCCs in the country, he said.
Haydarabad has 273 GCC, Delhi-NCr 272 GCC, Mumbai 207 GCC, Pune 178 GCC and Chennai 162 GCCs.
The data shows 922 GCC in the three southern city – Bengaluru, Haydarabad and Chennai -.
Shiwang Suraj, the founder of the Pride-based Property Consultancy Company, who commented in the report, said that Delhi-NCR constitutes 16 percent of the total GCCs in the country.
“Accelerated infrastructure development, ease of doing business and talented manpower attracted these companies to Delhi-NCR.”
Suraj said that the increasing number of GCCs is an important factor in increasing the demand for office areas and apartments in Delhi-NCR property markets.
