One person dead and four in hospital after alleged shooting in Sydney’s south-west | New South Wales

One person is dead and four others are in a serious condition following an alleged shooting at a Sydney home on Tuesday night.
A crime scene was set up in Canley Heights, in the southwest of the city, after the men attended two different nearby hospitals.
Police were called to Liverpool hospital at around 8.30pm on Tuesday following reports that two men, believed to be in their 20s, had multiple injuries.
As of Wednesday morning, one person, whose identity had not yet been officially determined, was treated but died a short time later.
The other man is in stable condition and remains hospitalized, police said.
About 10 minutes after police received the initial call, two more men were admitted to Fairfield hospital in critical condition.
Later at 9.50pm, a fifth man, believed to be 19, arrived at Liverpool hospital in a stable condition.
Police said the injured were also receiving treatment.
Police established a crime scene at a home in Canley Heights and began an investigation with the assistance of the homicide unit.
