Spencer Pratt says DiCaprio, Foxx asked him to make LA streets safe again

Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt is dropping the names of some celebrities who are allegedly in his column.
During an interview with Us WeeklyThe former reality TV star, who announced her candidacy in January, opened up about her newfound purpose and why she believes some celebrities are supporting her.
“I’m not mentioning their names, but two of my favorite people supported me. Leonardo DiCaprio and Jamie Foxx said, ‘Please Mr. Mayor, we want these streets to be safe again.’ If their representatives try to deny that this happened, I have multiple witnesses. It was an out-of-body experience,” he said.

Fox News Digital understands that DiCaprio has not publicly or privately endorsed any candidate.
A representative for Foxx did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
Earlier this year, Pratt opened up to Fox News Digital about private endorsements he allegedly received from multiple celebrities.
“I know real stars support what I do, because I’ve been in restaurants, they sit at the table and spend 20 minutes asking me questions and thanking me about everything I know,” Pratt said. “But these people know that if they do this publicly, they risk losing the careers some of them have worked 30 years to have.”
Throughout his campaign, Pratt emphasized issues such as homelessness, public safety and government spending, positioning himself as a political outsider challenging the status quo in Los Angeles and gaining support from voters dissatisfied with the current leadership.
Pratt’s campaign has gained momentum in recent weeks after receiving high-profile donations, including contributions from Lakers owner Jeanie Buss, and support from Hollywood stars such as Katharine McPhee and David Foster.

“I think it’s pure genius that Spencer is running for mayor,” Kristin Cavallari said on the April 21 episode.Let’s Be Honest” podcast. “Because I think everyone in politics — I don’t care which side you’re on — everyone is corrupt.”
Paris Hilton He supported Pratt with a simple comment.
Pratt uploaded a video showing himself touring the Airstream trailer he currently lives in, which he parked among the rubble of his Pacific Palisades property after it was destroyed in the Los Angeles fires.

“Mayor Spencer,” Hilton wrote, adding a raised hand emoji.
Billy Bush also backed Pratt on Wednesday’s episode of Fox News, “The Martha MacCallum Story.”

“You know, we feel like there’s sadness and empathy that comes from homelessness, but it’s bad for the angry drug addicts that you come across and scare people,” he said. “And it’s gotten worse and worse under Karen Bass. It’s terrible. And you know, this guy has stepped up. Who else has stepped up? He’s the best chance Los Angeles has. And we’re standing behind him.”
Other stars, including Chelsea Handler and Drew Carey, called out the former reality TV star.

Appearing on the “Today” show in April, former “Hills” co-star Lauren Conrad — who has famously been at loggerheads with Pratt for years — quickly ruled out whether she would vote for him.
“I do not reside in Los Angles,” said Conrad, who was promoting the upcoming reunion of “Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County” at the time.

Pratt, who has been at loggerheads with Conrad for years, recently said: “If I can’t get elected mayor because I never apologized to LC, I’ll accept that.” Vanity Fair. “So you can put that in bold… people can die in the streets because LC made millions because I featured our show and I took the blame as a total villain and she became the poor damsel in distress.”

Regarding the mayoral race, Pratt told Us Weekly that he never thought he’d be here.
“I honestly probably never imagined I’d do this [become] mayor. I just wanted someone to do it [tell] The truth is, I wanted to have this platform as a candidate against this. [Bass] to get the truth. If there’s no one to tell you it’s not true, you can get away with lying.”

“My interactions with people continue to motivate me,” he added. “It doesn’t matter if I have all these viral videos – [it’s about] What I feel from the people on the streets of Los Angeles This energy shows how much they support me [I have].
