Élie-de-Caxton | Woman dies after crashing
A sixty-year-old woman lost her life after leaving the road on Saturday in Saint-Élie-de-Caxton.

Around 6 p.m., emergency services were called to go to private land in the Rang Saint-Joseph sector, in Saint-Élie-de-Caxton. A swerve involving an all-terrain vehicle had taken place.
“The driver, a woman in her sixties from Nicolet, was unfortunately found lifeless nearby,” said Sergeant Frédéric Deshaies, spokesperson for the Sûreté du Québec (SQ).
A specialist collision investigator visited the scene of the accident in order to analyze and better understand the causes and circumstances surrounding the event.
An investigation is underway.
