Popular educationist Khan Sir slammed those involved in the alleged document leak regarding NEET-UG 2026 and argued that ordinary punishments are not enough for crimes affecting the future of lakhs of students. During discussions on the controversy, he questioned why such defendants should be treated leniently and called for the harshest possible sentence. Khan Sir argued that paper leak rackets allegedly generate huge amounts of money and that short prison sentences do little to deter organized networks. He said while a murder affects one person’s life, a paper leak can destroy the careers and dreams of hundreds of thousands of students, making it an extremely serious crime.
