A helicopter crashed in a field near a major A-road in Devon. Reports of a crash first emerged around 4:30 a.m. on June 3. A spokesman for Devon and Cornwall Police said: “Emergency services attended the scene following an accident involving a helicopter at Sourton Down.

“The A386 and A30 Sourton Cross slip and several roads have been closed around the service area.”The incident is ongoing and we will share further updates as they become available.”
