Judge blocks release of Epstein grand jury materials

A US judge rejected the great jury material from the investigation into an investigation into the infamous pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein.

Judge Robin Rosenberg found that a request for the Florida case will violate the state law last week because Trump’s Epstein files on Epstein files.

The decision came because Wall Street Journal published a story that claims that the names of President Donald Trump’s names were among the hundreds of hundreds of seeming to be the Epstein investigation documents organized by the Ministry of Justice.

A White House spokesman report called “something other than the continuation of fake news stories made by the Democrats and the liberal media”.

The article reported that Trump’s name appears with many people, including other high -profile figures. To be named in these documents is not evidence of any error.

The article told the Ministry of Justice to Trump that the documents contained an unjust hearing about many people socializing with Epstein and about child pornography and victim information that should not be announced.

Trump led the Chief Public Prosecutor Pam Bondi to release all his major jury materials and asked the Ministry of Justice to ask for courts in both states from the courts in Florida and New York.

Judge Rosenberg, in a 12 -page decision on Wednesday, decided that transcripts could not be released because of the guidelines regulating the great jury privacy determined by the Federal Court of Appeal, which controls Florida.

“The hands of the court are tied,” he ruled.

The judge said that the government’s claim that files should be published due to “comprehensive public interest” and “transparency of the American people” last week did not meet the requirements of closing documents under “Special Conditions”.

The transcripts are due to Florida’s investigation into Epstein in 2006, which is accused of demanding a minor for prostitution.

In addition, he refused to transfer the problem to New York, where two judges decided that transcripts about Epstein’s 2019 sex trade investigation will not be realized. This request is still waiting.

Judge Rosenberg also decided that a new case could be filed in order to make additional legal arguments on why the lawyers were waiting for the death of Epstein in prison while waiting for charges in 2019.

The decision reported that Wall Street Journal reported that Trump’s name appeared in Epstein files by the Ministry of Justice officials in May.

Last week, Trump was asked by a reporter that Bondi was in the files.

“No, no, he – gave us a very fast briefing,” Trump replied.

Trump spokesman Steven Cheung called the report, “the continuation of the fake news stories of the Democrats and the liberal media.”

Gates Spokesman Gates McGavick added: “This is a lies designed to force a nonsense narrative and driving clickers and the Innuendo collection.”

The decision comes, trying to meet Ghislaine Maxwell, a convicted sex traffic, who was sentenced to 20 years in prison for helping Epstein’s abuse of young girls.

Trump, once Epstein’s friend, promised to publish files related to the infamous financier.

However, at the beginning of this month, Bondi said that the US Department of Justice did not believe that Epstein was the so -called “customer list” that could affect high -profile partners and that he had taken his own life despite his death.

The statement came after Bondi has been preparing to announce the great revelations about the case, including “numerous names” and “numerous flights” – a head -to -head to visit the private islands traveling with the financier or who are said to have been said that most of the crimes of these crimes occurred.

His reversal reacted angry with the points of the hottest supporters who wanted Bondi to resign after Trump could not produce the list that the authorities claim to have previously had.

The Democrats seized the Republican fight to accuse Trump of lying about his devotion to transparency.

On Tuesday, Mike Johnson Republican President Mike Johnson closed the congress for an early summer holiday and stopped legal efforts to force Epstein documents.

The movement delays a politically full vote until September.

Again on Wednesday, a Congress Committee has released a court subpoena to Epstein’s partner Maxwell for forcing the Congress to testify to the Congress.

“The facts and conditions surrounding the cases of both you and Mr. Epstein received a tremendous public interest and examination in a letter to Maxwell, Chairman of the Assembly Surveillance Committee.

Authority, the statement “sex smuggling and non -chase agreements and/or sex crime investigations to use the defense agreements to improve federal efforts to improve potential legislative solutions to improve,” he added.

The committee asked him to prison in Florida, where his interview was held on August 11th.

Early on Wednesday, the speaker Mike Johnson warned that Maxwell could not be trusted to witness correctly.

“Can you trust the truth? Is a reliable witness?” Johnson said.

“I mean, this is a person who has been sentenced to jail for many years for terrible, unspeakable, conspiratorial actions and actions against innocent youth.”

Maxwell’s lawyer David Oscar Markus told BBC News that Johnson’s concerns were “unfounded”.

If he chose to testify instead of calling on the right to remain silent in constitutional, he would have given the correct statement as he always said. “

“As for the Congress Court Celbi, Miss Maxwell takes a step every time.”

He said: “He is looking forward to his meeting with the Ministry of Justice and he will help to report how this discussion is progressing.”
