Happy Easter Grandpa! Adorable moment King Charles tenderly greets Princess Charlotte outside Windsor church service

This is the adorable moment King Charles tenderly greeted his granddaughter Princess Charlotte outside St George’s Chapel in Windsor ahead of Easter Sunday service.
The 77-year-old monarch briefly stopped in front of the church door to sweetly touch the princess on his shoulder.
Charles then entered, followed by his wife Queen Camilla, Prince William, Princess Kate, Princes George and Louis, and Princess Charlotte.
The king looked cheerful as he warmly waved to the crowd and greeted his family despite the cold winds ahead of the Easter gathering.
The King and Queen were taken to the State of Bentley; Camilla in a red wool crepe dress by Fiona Clare and a Philip Treacy hat and a dress by Queen Elizabeth II. She was wearing a brooch that belonged to Elizabeth.
Senior members of the royal family had earlier been walked down from Windsor Castle by the Prince and Princess of Wales and their children, despite stormy conditions.
The large and especially young group were chatting happily as they walked.
Wearing a beautiful dress under a warm camel coat with a brown velvet collar and cuffs, Princess Charlotte looked delighted and waved to the crowd. Louis walked proudly next to him.

The group also included the Princess Crown and Vice-Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, and the Duke of Edinburgh and his son James, Earl of Wessex, 18.
Also present were Princess Anne and her husband, Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, as well as the Duke of Edinburgh and his son, the 18-year-old James, Earl of Wessex.
Notable for their absence from the Easter Matins service at St George’s Chapel, Windsor, were Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and his daughters Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.
With the king’s approval, they made alternative plans and will miss the traditional meeting.
Sources have suggested that they will join the Royal Family at future events, but in the current circumstances it has been decided that they will stay away.
Peter Phillips and his fiancée, Harriet Sperling, also attended the ceremony with their daughters, Savannah and Isla.
And for the first time, in a sign of the new, blended royal family, Ms Sperling’s 15-year-old daughter Georgina also attended the ceremony alongside her new half-sisters.
At the back of the group were Lady Sarah Chatto and her husband Daniel.
Last year, on Easter Sunday, Charles and Camilla were joined in the 15th-century chapel by the former Duke of York and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson.
However, Andrew has since been stripped of both his right to be a prince and his right to be a duke by the King due to his relationship with pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein, although Beatrice and Eugenie have retained their princess titles.

Andrew was arrested in February, on his 66th birthday, on suspicion of misconduct in public office following allegations that he had shared sensitive information with Epstein while he was Britain’s trade envoy.
He has denied any wrongdoing regarding Ms. Giuffre’s connections to Epstein but has not directly responded to the latest allegations.
Beatrice and Eugenie also faced scrutiny after their names were included in the recently released Epstein files.
The Prince and Princess of Wales missed the ceremony last year as they spent the weekend with their children in Norfolk, and were absent in 2024, just over a week after Catherine posted an emotional video message announcing she had started a course of preventive chemotherapy.
